It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the product being purchased is the correct size and is compatible with their bicycle or intended application before installation.

If you're unsure about fitment, we encourage you to contact BMX Garage LA before purchasing so we can provide any product information available to us.

Any fitment information provided by BMX Garage LA is intended as general assistance and should be independently verified before installation.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION RECOMMENDED

Bicycle wheels, tires, tubes, brakes, steering components, drivetrain components, and other safety-related parts must be installed and adjusted correctly.

We strongly recommend installation and inspection by a qualified bicycle mechanic when appropriate.

BMX Garage LA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect adjustment, misuse, modification, abuse, neglect, accidents, racing, stunt use, use of incompatible components, or failure to properly maintain or inspect a bicycle, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Always inspect your bicycle and components before riding.

COLORS & PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products.

Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and production batches.

Please review the selected size, color, quantity, and product options shown in your cart before completing checkout.

RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact BMX Garage LA promptly so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

For change-of-mind returns, exchanges, cancellations, and other returns, the applicable BMX Garage LA Return & Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

Items that have been installed, ridden, modified, damaged after delivery, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not qualify for a voluntary return or exchange, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this notice is intended to eliminate or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

FREE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Any product advertised as FREE, including promotional inner tubes included with qualifying wheel and tire packages, is provided as part of that specific promotion and while applicable supplies are available.

Unless required by law, promotional items have no separate cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Bicycling involves inherent risks. Customers are responsible for using products appropriately, following applicable manufacturer instructions, maintaining their bicycle, checking tire pressure and component condition, and ensuring the bicycle is safe before each ride.

Never exceed a tire's stated pressure limits or use a component outside its intended specifications.

WARRANTIES

Any manufacturer's warranty included with a product is subject to that manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Any warranty provided directly by BMX Garage LA, if applicable, will be identified separately with its specific terms.

This notice does not disclaim or limit warranties, liabilities, or consumer rights that cannot legally be disclaimed or limited under applicable law.
