We work hard to package every order carefully and get your BMX parts, accessories, bikes, and other products on their way as quickly and safely as possible.

By placing an order with BMX Garage LA, you agree to the shipping terms below.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING

Our standard handling and processing time is 1–4 business days before your order ships.

Processing time is separate from the carrier's estimated transit time. Weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, custom orders, and special-order merchandise may require additional processing time.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are based on the service selected and the carrier's schedule.

🇺🇸 U.S. SHIPPING

We ship throughout the United States using available services from:

USPS • UPS • FedEx

The carrier used may depend on the package size, weight, destination, value, and shipping service selected or purchased.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to eligible destinations.

Depending on the destination and service requested, we may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for international shipments.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, VAT, tariffs, or other destination-country fees, unless otherwise specifically stated at checkout.

International delivery times can vary due to customs processing and other circumstances outside of BMX Garage LA's control.

⚡ EXPEDITED & OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Need your parts FAST?

Requests for expedited, overnight, or other time-sensitive shipping must be confirmed with BMX Garage LA before the order is processed for expedited shipment.

For same-business-day expedited shipping consideration, your request and shipping arrangements must be confirmed by 12:00 PM. Requests confirmed after 12:00 PM may not ship until the following business day.

Carrier availability and pickup schedules may affect whether same-day shipment is possible.

Please do not assume an overnight or expedited shipment has been approved until you have received confirmation directly from BMX Garage LA.

🚲 COMPLETE BIKE SHIPPING

Complete bicycles require special handling.

For NEW, USED, or CUSTOM-BUILT complete bicycles, BMX Garage LA uses BikeFlights for shipping due to our shipping and insurance requirements.

This applies to complete bikes including:

20" • 24" • 26" • 29" • 32"

Complete-bike shipping and handling generally starts at approximately $280–$550, depending on bicycle size, destination, shipment value, packaging requirements, and other applicable charges.

The quoted amount may include applicable:

Shipping • Handling • Packing Materials/Supplies

The final shipping price must be determined and confirmed for your specific bicycle and destination.

⚠️ COMPLETE BIKES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED THROUGH USPS OR FEDEX.

BMX Garage LA will use BikeFlights for complete bicycle sales unless a separate customer-arranged freight/shipping option has been approved by us in advance.

📦 LARGE ITEMS & LARGE ORDERS

Purchasing a large item, oversized order, or bulk order?

If you would like to arrange your own shipping or freight service, contact BMX Garage LA as soon as possible and before shipping arrangements are finalized.

Customers choosing to arrange their own shipping are responsible for coordinating and paying their selected shipping/freight provider and making the necessary pickup arrangements.

Any customer-arranged carrier must be approved by BMX Garage LA before pickup.

📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

📦 SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives.

If your package or bicycle arrives visibly damaged, photograph the shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and damaged merchandise before disposing of any packaging.

Contact BMX Garage LA as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate carrier or insurance claim process.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

⏱️ CARRIER DELAYS

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates unless the specific service purchased includes a carrier-backed delivery guarantee.

Weather, holidays, customs, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses, and other carrier-related circumstances may cause delays after a shipment leaves BMX Garage LA.

We will do our best to assist customers when shipping issues occur.

At BMX Garage LA, we want to be upfront about how long it may take for your order to leave the warehouse.

🚲 BMX GARAGE LA STOCKED ITEMS

Products that are in stock and fulfilled directly by BMX Garage LA normally require:

1–4 BUSINESS DAYS for processing and handling.

This is the time needed to confirm your order, prepare your items, package them securely, and get them ready for the shipping carrier.

Shipping/transit time begins AFTER processing is complete and the carrier receives your package.

🤝 THIRD-PARTY / PARTNER-FULFILLED ITEMS

BMX Garage LA also works with trusted suppliers, distributors, and fulfillment partners to give our customers access to a larger selection of BMX parts and products.

Partner-fulfilled orders generally require approximately:

1–5 BUSINESS DAYS for processing.

However, some partner-fulfilled or special-order products may take longer than 5 business days depending on:

• Product availability
• Warehouse location
• Supplier inventory
• Order volume
• Weekends or holidays
• International fulfillment
• Special-order items
• Other circumstances outside our direct control

Our partners work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, but their processing times may be different from BMX Garage LA's normal 1–4 business-day processing period.

📦 ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE PRODUCTS

If your order contains products coming from different warehouses or fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You may also receive more than one tracking number.

There is no need to worry if one package arrives before another.

⚡ EXPEDITED & OVERNIGHT ORDERS

Expedited shipping does not automatically eliminate processing time.

If you need an order shipped urgently, overnight, or using an expedited service, you must contact BMX Garage LA directly before the order is processed.

⏱️ PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Please remember:

Processing Time = The time required to prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Time = The time the shipping carrier takes to transport your package after receiving it.

For example, selecting a 2-day shipping service means the carrier's estimated transit time is approximately 2 days after the package has been processed and handed to the carrier. It does not necessarily mean your order will arrive two days after you place it.
